Dr. Coen and the office staff are amazing! They explain everything to expect and talk you through the procedure. They are very friendly and welcoming. They really make you feel comfortable! I have a lot of anxiety around dental work, but they definitely reassure me and take good care of me every time! I trust Dr. Coen to take care of my needs! I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Coen was very thorough and explained clearly her findings and what needs to be done. She’s also very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The fact that I need root canal and she still made me feel at ease is a testament to her excellent people skills. She doesn’t just talk, she listens well too.

I’ve been going to SouthPark Dental for a while now, and Dr. Coen without a doubt is one of the best dentists there and one of the beat dentist I’ve ever been treated by. Aside from the fact that she’s brilliant at what she does, she is so kind and caring, clear and concise. And, it’s not just me. Five of my colleagues and I are Dr. Coen’s patients and we are extremely satisfied.

Dr. Coen is conscientious, attentive, and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one without patronizing me or condescension. My only concern is that her staff had my name spelled wrong in the phoned-in pharmacy/prescription order. So I went to pick up my pain medication and I couldn't receive it. My name was misspelled. Luckily, I had some pain medication available at home.

I had a great experience with Dr. Coen and her staff this morning. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment (got lost), and they were very accomodating. She and her staff are lively, warm, and put anxious dental patients like myself at ease. She took time to go over my issues in detail, as well as describe her proposed treatment plan and likely costs. Very happy with the visit.
