The staff was friendly and the dental hygienist was very informative in explaining what she was doing. The dentist was very nice also and explained the treatment plan in detail.

The negative remarks have nothing to do with the service as it was never received. It may either be more of a zocDoc issue or marketing issue. I saw a 7pm appointment, selected it, received a success notification. This fit perfectly as I would not even be able to arrive before 6:15 (work, traffic). Fast forward to rushing out of my office I see on my phone an email stating my appointment was moved up to 6? I double checked and made sure I didn't mistakenly select 6. I didn't. I love the automated portion of this scheduling, but if it isn't accurate it probably should either be a. Updated with correct times, b. Have a faster check system if for some reason someone selected the time right before me, or c. Notify the patient at the time of selection that they should verify with the office. (In that case I would have just scheduled it phone)..

I had a great visit. The dr. saw me very promptly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He also made sure I was completely satified with everything before I left.
