Everyone in the office was very kind and thorough. Dr. Desai took the time to explain everything to me and ask me questions and made me feel as comfortable as I could. I need very extensive dental work, but Dr. Desai and her staff made me feel hopeful for my treatment without making me feel guilty for the damage I've done.

Dr. Desai was extremely loving and considerate regarding my concerns and anxiety over being seen. (I am a chicken when it comes to seeing the dentist.) Her staff including her dental assistant, office manager, right down to the receptionist were so loving and welcoming, I have scheduled all my future visits with this office. They definitely put my mind and fears to rest while providing excellent dental care.

Good, except they thought my appointment was for 12:30p, but I signed up for 12:00p through ZocDoc & the reminder from ZocDoc said 12p. I wasn't seen till about 12:50p, so I was in there for a bit longer than expected, even though I filled out my 'New Patient' paper work prior to my visit.
