She was great. She was very attentive and concerned with my comfort. She also did great work! The one complaint would be that I waited for almost 40 mins before being asked to fill out any paper work. So that was a bit frustrating.

Dr. Kim graduated with a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1994. He then earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. His residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry was completed at the University of Maryland. Pursuing his interest in Dental Implantology, a rigorous course was completed at New York University.

Office is ok for routine dental cleanings and basic filings. I would not recommend for more extensive/deep filings or root canal. Should refer all his root canals to an endodontist, which he is not. Also, was told an additional charge was for a type of filing (white versus silver) that I did not have by receptionist.

My visit with Mr. Kim was absolutely terrible. He has no regard for his patients or the pain he puts them through while working on their teeth. I definitely wouldn't recommend his practice to anyone.

I found Dr. Kim online and chose him because he accepted my insurance had the appointment time I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how great of an experience it was! The office is gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a chipped tooth and Dr. Kim helped fix it right away and explained everything he was doing as it was happening. There was no wait time, but if there were to be it is a nice office to sit in with comfortable seating, nice decor, and small snacks and drinks available too! I definitely recommend!

I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the office and exam room. The dental assistant was had a mix up between me and another client. The dentist seemed competent enough but the office staff is questionable. I will not return.

Arlington to Bethesda is a distance to travel (in just under an hour). But I would travel twice the distance or time tto be sure to get the highest quality dental care I have had in my life.

He is a very pleasant and cordial doctor. He seemed geniunely concerned about my needs and was very explicit about how he would meet them.
Although there was a long wait before I was seen, the staff and the doctor were very apologetic. Overall, it was a good visit. I will definitely be seen by Dr. Kim again.

He is awesome...I have had two root canals, two crowns, cleaning, fillings and whitening....I put a lot of money and time into my smile and he has only improved it. AWESOME work with no pain. I get anxiety with dentist from a previous bad experience with another doctor but his office staff are friendly, the office is clean and pristine and he does a fantastic job tending to his patients and takes his time. My husband is now a regular patient too!

It was for my kids general clean. My kids didn't like him.
He was not warm and fake. It was first visit, but he didn't ask anything and no talking just clean their teeth and left.
Office was nice and clean but there was no warmth. We will not visit again.
