Dr. Shweta Gujaran is an experienced dentist specializing in aesthetic treatments, dental restorations, and general dentistry techniques. She studied with various dental programs all over the world before coming to Connecticut where she has spent the past few years working with patients in practices around the state. Helping patients achieve brilliant smiles is her life's passion, and she is delighted to meet and work with new patients as they start their journey to better dental health.
Training and Education
Dr. Gujaran studied first at the SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital based in Dharwad, India. From there, her education took her to Steinbeis University in Germany where she completed the DGI certificate course in dental implants. Following that, she relocated to the United States and continued her professional development at New York University, participating in the school's Advanced Standing Program for international dentists before going on to earn her doctorate of dental surgery from the NYU College of Dentistry. During that time, she also participated in a full-mouth rehabilitation program.
Currently, she is involved in a multiyear program at Kois Center, a prestigious Seattle-based dental education program that focuses and trains dentists on advances in aesthetic, implant, and restorative dentistry.
