The wait was 45 minutes with no explanation that they had an equipment issue in the back. Then the Dr called me by the wrong name. However, this is very unusual for them so I still recommend the practice.

First time with the doctor for a checkup and teeth cleaning after an assistant took x-rays he reviewed. Said all was good. Found him very professional and personable. I would definitely go back for that and other dental services.

He didn't even take time to really examin my teeth. I went to dentice before him and they told me that I needed root canals and they inspected my mouth well. He did not It was like he just needed to fill in his empty appointment slots. I will never go back there and i will never recommend. Some to go there. He's a Medicade scammer.

I was the last person to be seen. When I was finally called in to a room, the dentist rushed in without greeting me. It seemed he was in a rush by the manner in which he was quickly cleaning my teeth-sloppily, aggressively, and hurting me at the same time. Hes assistant was sloppy as well- spraying water on my face instead of inside my mouth. I refuse to go back.

I was double booked and my wait time was over an hour. I have two little ones to be seen by the dentist and I was double booked. This was completely unacceptable because I had also called twice to confirm my time and they said it was ok. The receptionist very casually said I could reschedule or wait and I thought it was quite thoughtless and complete disregard for people's time. I may even switch to another dentist on this account.

Overall, I was unimpressed with this office. First, my appointment was rescheduled without my being informed until I called to ask an unrelated question. I had scheduled a consultation (specifically with X-rays included) and cleaning and confirmed it with the receptionist when I called.
When I arrived at the office, I filled out some paperwork and informed them (for the second time) that I was pregnant (just in case that could influence the care I could receive). I didn't wait very long before being called back. The dental assistant asked me what I was in for and then went to fetch the dentist. I'm not sure of the name of the doctor. After explaining what I was there for, the dentist told me that I was too pregnant to have X-rays done or my cavities filled, and that he didn't have time to do a cleaning. After less than 4 minutes, I was sent to check out and schedule another appointment, paying for a "consultation" that was basically useless.
Perhaps the dentists in this office are good - I wouldn't know since I didn't really see them. But surely the office staff should be able to handle something as simple as scheduling a cleaning and informing a pregnant woman that she couldn't be treated if that really is the case.
I don't think I'll be going back to this office.

First time in a year I got a teeth cleaning, I feel as if it was rushed and didn't do an effective cleaning job. I had my teeth that needed filling filled and have to return another time to do the other half. The doctor kept scaring me about getting a root canal procedure without really looking closely at my teeth and looking at the X-ray and just made an assumption. I felt I paid a lot more than what my insurance covered. After this next filling I will not return to them again and go to my other dentist in Bethesda.

The doctor was probably nice but a little gruff for my taste. I never like going to a dentist that insults my teeth even if they are crooked. They also scheduled my next appointment without really okaying it with me first. Overall it was a weird experience and I don't think I'll be going back there again.
