Great bedside manner and amazing service at the front desk. Morale between the staff is easy and comfortable. They were very friendly and accommodating of my first Dental Visit. Fantastic communication and eager to respond to your questions. Out of all my doctors visits in my life this has been the best experience so far.

I came for a regular clean, the front office person came back and said I would have to pay but my insurance covers a clean she said no because my deductible wasn’t met so I declined and left when I checked that a routine check was covered with my insurance I came back in and spoke to a different lady in front and asked why my insurance didn’t cover my cleaning she said it does but it doesn’t cover the extras which the doctor recommended. I let her know I didn’t want the extras she said I had to do it for a regular clean I asked to speak to the doctor or manager she kept saying she was busy. She copped and attitude and asked a back office staff to go grab the doctor I had just met and he came out and said we can do the clean with out the extras. She still had an attitude just from me asking her to do her job. I wanted to understand more and get what I was coming for and it didn’t need to be met with an attitude. I called and
spoke with a manager but it probably won’t be addressed.
