Dr. Stella was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to the United States in the late 1960s. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1989, and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1994, from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Stella returned to Austin and opened Caballero Family Dentistry in Round Rock, Texas, which had a friendly, neighborhood vibe where patients and their families became friends of the practice. As her practice grew so did her own family, which prompted Dr. Stella to sell the practice after ten years of operation.
A few years later Dr. Stella saw the need to provide a client-friendly dental office with a focus on prevention and wellness — a clinic that was also a hub of health information and resources. Likewise, she is committed to attracting the right professionals who possess a dedication to health care, patient service, and who have excellent communication skills — those who share the ideals of Brush 32 Dental Wellness Center.
Dr. Stella resides in the North Lake Travis area with her husband and three kids. She enjoys traveling, gardening, activities with her kids, and spending time with friends.

Dr. Caballero was exceptionally professional. She took the time to explain what was going to happen during the appointment, which helped my child who has autism be less anxious. Her staff was equally professional.

I was a new patient who had had a dental emergency. Dr. Caballero's office scheduled an immediate appointment for me and my problem was quickly taken care of.
