Took my 3 (now 4) year old there for his first dental check-up. They were great with him. Made him feel comfortable. He wasn't scared at all. Love the office and staff.

I came to this practice on a recommendation from a family member and am so glad I did. My kids and I are all patients and have never had a better dental experience! The staff is amazing and always ready to help and answer questions about what is covered by my insurance and what is not. They clearly spell out what they are going to do, tell you how much it will cost out of pocket, and then they do it according to your schedule. I don't like missing work for dental appointments and with HFDs flexible schedule, I usually don't have to!

Wonderful doctor and staff. I have a phobia about dentists but Dr. Long and her staff made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Great place and I highly recommend!

My visit was great. The staff very friendly and helpful to talk too every time I go there. The concern about my comfort at all times is way above my expectations. I highly recommend that you go and find out for your self, how well you will be treated.

I am a patient of Highland Family Dentistry and enjoying going to my appointments. The Staff is excellent in all their duties; from welcoming you in, informing the technicians you are there, ensuring all is well with you. The technicians who have worked on me or my wife are very friendly, professional, courteous and care about your health. They provide excellent tips and follow-up on the next visit to ensure all is still well. I have been a patient with at least 6 different Dentists and I find Dr Dr Long to be an outstanding one. I have recommended her to friends.

I have seen Dr. Stephanie Long for several visits. I really needed a dentist I could trust. I am so satisfied with the results of my dental work. I won’t go to another dentist. The office was really professional and clean. The TV's and the technology that you see inside the dentist chair was out of this world. They make you so comfortable in the chair you really don’t want to leave. Dr. Long, and the rest of staff there, they are so friendly and caring, about your well-being so much. She explains all the treatment plans and procedures. Her staff is also extremely helpful and kind. I believe Dr. Long invented Painless Dentistry. No one leaves a stranger because they make you feel at home.

Dr. Long is very professional and an excellent Dentist. She explains things thoroughly as she works on her patients. I was not pleased with my last dentist and am sure glad I found Dr. Long!! :-)
