I was disappointed to find out that a cleaning was not included in today''s visit. It must have been miscommunication when I set up the appointment here online? I thought I was getting a cleaning. :-( Otherwise good visit.

Dr. McLain and his staff are always friendly and genuinely ready to help their patients. I have been going to Dr. McLain for over 30 years. I would not consider changing.

The cleaning was accomplished and x-rays taken and the assistant did a good job. After all the work was finished it took 20 minutes before the dentist arrived to review the results and be dismissed.

Always a great atmosphere at this office. Great staff dedicated to patients patient care. I had an issue, called and they fit me right in. I walked in and was taken back for treatment almost immediately. Dental Technicians are the very best that I have ever encountered. Ditto for Doctor Mac. I have been a patient there for many years and have no plans to change.

I understand that to maximize revenue and best use the time of the dentist that over-booking occurs. Really that much is necessary? Everyone who booked an appointment arrived as scheduled or so it appeared from the crowd.
I trust my dentist! I have in fact asked my husband to switch over to Dr. McLain and have made an appointment for him later this spring. All of the records were sent over electronically from his previous dentist! It was that simple. I believe this will be a smart switch for my husband; my husband trusts my assessment.

I absolutely love this place. Love Dr. McLean and the staff. On my second visit, I walk in and the front office already know who I am. Makes it really homey and personal. Love, love, love them!!!
