I was so nervous going into this visit, since this was a new dentist for me. However I should not have lost any sleep over this dental visit. It was an amazing experience. Dr. Burman and his staff are wonderful. They are all so attentive to you, the patient, and it really makes such a difference in the dental experience. I highly recommend this dentist for everyone out there looking for a new dentist!

I’m a third-generation dentist. Growing up, I knew I wanted to provide outstanding care to my patients, using the latest technology and focusing on individual needs. I strive to connect to and build relationships with each of my patients. I want to know each one as a person, to hear about their lives, and learn who they are.
Those bonds that we form, and the resulting friendships, are fulfilling. I thrive when helping people I care about develop optimal dental health and wonderful, confident smiles.
Each year I attend multiple continuing education programs. This enables me to improve my clinical skills and advance my use of technology. In turn, it ensures the most comfortable dental experience possible, along with the strong results for my patients. I’ve studied an array of oral healthcare topics, including laser dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, care for sleep apnea, and various advanced technologies.
I’m originally from East Brunswick, NJ and practiced dentistry in Roselle Park for eight years. Then I opened a private practice in Manalapan, to be closer to home and spend more time with my family, especially to coach my boys in basketball and baseball. In March 2014, I decided to move to Florida and sold my practice.
I share my life with my wife Laura and three children: Lloyd, Ross, and Faith. Spending time with my family is my priority when I’m not caring for my patients. I’m an avid sports fan (I cheer for the Yankees), and love playing tennis, too.

Fantastic. Very clean and impressive office. 4 fillings were completed with laser technology in under an hour AND I was able to eat lunch afterwards!

After a bad experience with my last office, I was hesitant to try someone new. However,
Dr. Burman is as gentle as can be, and he was able to fix what the last dentist messed up,
and cleaned up some problems I had been putting off. He worked with me over time so I
did not have do much at once but prioritized based on my requests, and did not try to
just get money out of my wallet, but actually take care of my teeth. It was also the most
thorough oral exam I've ever had, which was appreciated as my grandmother (a non-
smoker) had oral cancer! Highly recommend this office.

Dr and staff are amazing. Kind, gentle , and patient. I drive over an hour to see him and don't mind at all. Office is clean and warm. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.
