Great experience - the Dr. Pressling was able to answer all my questions and got me in for a crown day of. They were great and made sure I was comfortable with my decision to do day of surgery.

Dr. Pressling was very nice and very informative. I came in with a toothache because my typical provider couldn't see me for some time. I'm very glad I found Dr. Pressling. He was able to see me the same night I was looking for a dentist, and he ended up giving me an on-the-spot root canal. Since I had not had any larger dental procedures, I was very nervous about this and ended up Facetiming my mom for advice (I'm new to the area and haven't had to deal with a lot of health concerns on my own). Dr. Pressling hopped on the Facetime and walked myself and my mom through what he needed to do to my teeth. I was blown away by how nice everyone in the office was!! A potentially extremely daunting experience turned out okay because of those that work at Augusta Dental Center!

The Augusta Dental Center has a very active 24hr emergency service taking calls on weekends and evenings to help people who can't wait. The office is open 6 days a week and 52 weeks a year with emergency service on Sundays and holidays.
Dr. Pressling has been doing root canals, root canal surgery, oral surgery, and periodontal surgery for over 30 years enabling patients to stay with just one office for almost all their needs.
There is an in-house lab in the office where most repairs are handled immediately and all types of bleaching, bonding, and cosmetic services are available to give you that ZOOM bright smile.
The staff at Augusta Dental Center are very experienced and friendly and have been with the office for many years. The office coordinator has been with them for 21 years.

Found a last minute appointment (lucky!) for crown that needed to be re-cemented. Everything went smoothly. Staff and doctor were friendly, doctor seemed to know what he was doing, and the bill was more reasonable than expected. Can't complain! I'll be back.

My experience at Dr. Pressling's office was great! I was checked in and brought back right on time for my scheduled appointment. The doc has great bedside manner and made me feel totally comfortable. I don't typically get too nervous at the dentist's office, but I definitely knew I was in good hands. I had to have a root canal and it was one of the quickest and most efficiently done procedures I've had to date. Definitely would recommend him if you don't have well-established dental care.

Dr. Pressling is no-nonsense and communicates very clearly which helped ease some of my dentist-visit anxiety. Priscilla is LOVELY and made me very comfortable during the visit. She did a great cleaning and x-rays, and she made sure to answer any questions I had.

Dr. P is a delight and my experience with him was fantastic. I had a new patient exam in which we discussed concerns, and he offered a quick relatively inexpensive solution to a tooth I wasn’t happy with cosmetically and he did the procedure right then and there in 10 mins. No need to schedule another appointment for it or additional unnecessary things. Best doctor of any type I’ve ever seen. His personality is so fun too and he made me feel very relaxed about the whole experience.

As a first time patient, I found Dr. Pressling to be very welcoming and kind. I explained my problems and he immediately went to work assessing the situation. I ended up needing a root canal, and Dr. Pressling performed it right away and it only took about 20 mins. I would highly recommend Dr. Pressling if you're in pain and need immediate help

You know, my visit with Dr. Pressling is mixed. He was super fast and efficient at what he did. On the other hand he didn't really take any time to talk to me about what I was there for and he was doing or what I should do after. Granted I took quite a while in their office because of an insurance mishap which was not the fault of the office woman at all. All I'm trying to say is, without exaggeration, I was in the chair and out of the chair with two teeth gone and gauze in mouth sent on my way in 19 minutes.

I arrived early and had a lovely conversation with the lovely lady at the front desk as i filled out my paperwork. I was then taken into the back by dental tech who was very sweet and made small talk as she prepared me for the dentist. Steven was great he was very professional and friendl i was relaxed right away. He took a few xrays and got right to what needed to be done. He informed what was going on and showed me on the xrays. He performed a root canal and it was pretty much painless and very quick. I will def be going back for a crown and also will more than likely go back for regular check ups as the entire practice was very friendly,relaxed, and very professional.

This was an amazing experience. I had really bad tooth pain 4 days before an international flight and the office squeezed me in on a Saturday...the day before the Dr.'s vacation. AMAZING! It was a busy day so the rating for the 30 minute wait time doesn't seem fair-I want to give 5 stars all around!
Got in the chair, numbed and 2 teeth pulled (1 being a wisdom) in 20 minutes. This man is a wonderful, caring dentist and the office staff is kind and helpful. I have HUGE fear of dental work and hadn't been to see any dentist in an embarrassing amount of years and I felt completely at ease. I cannot express how grateful I am and how much I recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone!

He is a very nice dentist and really friendly and funny ! Which is rare for a dentist. I would reccommend him, but I think he is a dentist more for rich people and the bourgeois class. If you are not rich, maybe try another dentist.

As far as dentists go, Dr. Pressling is the unicorn, and I have found him! He not only is very personable, he is also just a really great dentist who works fast and everything was pretty painless. And by fast I mean 5 minute fillings. Whaaaat?? He's great!

My husband was in desperate need of emergency dental care and unbeknownst to me, he was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. So when he called and asked me to find him a dentist ASAP and also accompany him, I knew it was serious. I used ZocDoc to find a provider that fulfilled three main requirements. The first, they needed to accept our dental insurance, next, they had to be able to take an emergency appointment for that evening and lastly, they needed to have great reviews (my husband was already dreading this, the last thing I needed was to take him to an office with unfriendly staff and an unsympathetic doctor). Cue the choir of angels and the beaming ray light that flashed directly on Dr. Pressling’s listing. Honestly, it wasn’t quite that dramatic, but for anyone who knows how tough it is to find your ‘top five guys’ (1- General Practitioner 2- Trainer, 3- Mechanic, 4- Hair Stylist, and 5- Dentist --- not necessarily in that order ?) knows that when you find a good one, you need to keep ‘em! So, basically, what I’m trying to get across is, Dr. Pressling is one of those good ones. He’s so nice, very down to earth and nonjudgmental, and overall, a fantastic doctor who knows his stuff! In addition to his quality work, a great bonus to visiting Dr. Pressling is his office staff; they’re awesome! They’re knowledgeable in regard to both your actual dental services and your insurance/billing issues; they’re very friendly and seem to genuinely care about you and your dental needs. All in all, what started off as a very unpleasant situation became a great experience that helped my husband begin to face his dental fears and helped us find our new, permanent Dentist!
P.s. I forgot to mention two things, 1) Dr. Pressling and his staff allowed me to stay in the room during the procedure which was a condition my husband set before we made the appointment and 2) the day after the emergency wisdom teeth pulling (eek- 3 total), Dr. Pressling personally called to check up on him/us to see how things were healing and if there were any side effects to the medication. This was Dr. Pressling personally... if that isn’t superior service and a sign that he really cares, I don’t know what is!

I came in because of problems after visiting another dentist and he said he knew exactly what I was talking about and explained what would help and actually did it (took out old filling and replaced it w a temp medicated one). So nice and affordable, and is working w me to get things done before January when my insurance ends. So happy I found him!
