Most relevant

I had rescheduled my appointment to a different day and time due to a personal emergency but this provider rescheduled my appointment back to its original date and time, so now it looks like I did not show up. There was no follow up communication on the reasoning behind the reverted change. As a potential client this is very unprofessional and gives me the confidence to search for a different dental provider.
