The office provided me with a treatment plan without submitting it to my insurance first (which is a necessity in order to get approval and proper estimates).
I am in the process of trying to find out the true cost with my insurance; however due to not receiving the written proposal I am having a lot of difficulty.

Dr. Sirivolu was a life saver. Had a toothache. So i went on ZocDoc and saw Dr. S had great reviews. They were able to see me same day. The attention to detail and patient care in Dr. S's office are really top notch!!

She made the visit very personal I had something unknown on my tongue for a long time and she made it clear that although it seemed small it should be removed to avoid issues she treated like her daughter. And the whole staff from reception/check in was outstanding !! Definitely recommend coming here from kids to adults

Dr. Sirivolu is an excellent dentist...I had a dental emergency and required a dental extraction. She is the painless dentist...and she was able to provide me with an appointment immediately. Dr. Sirivolu is highly skilled and professional...her bedside manner is warm and welcoming and she took the time to explain the procedure to me in great detail Thank you Dr. Sirivolu...Her office staff is friendly and professional also.

This dentist broke her instrument in my mouth and instead of telling me gave me a script for pain meds and antibiotics and recommended me to see her root canal specialist for the same fee I would be paying her for the root canal. I was told about this happening on the next visit when I assumed I was having my root canal with the specialist.
They made sure that they were collecting payments prior to the procedure being done. Her root canal specialist was unable to remove the file and then acted as if it was my fault and that I shouldn't be upset.

They explained everything very carefully and very thoroughly so that I was able to understand the procedure as well as the billing of my insurance and of my office visit. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and my family members, for sure!! ??

I am a nervous Nellie when it comes to dental matters, especially with shots, drilling, etc. I had a broken tooth and a crown extracted- I can't say enough how caring and gentle Dr. Sirivolu and her outstanding staff were. The procedure couldn't have gone better.
