I arrived for my 11:00 am routine checkup and cleaning appointment and was asked to fill out paperwork prior to seeing the dentist. An hour or so passed before I was called. I was escorted to an area to take x-rays and was then placed into a dental chair. The dentist finally cane to see me after waiting another 45 minutes to an hour. The Dr. reviewed my x-rays and recommended dental work. The dentist leaves, and a person from billing came to me and gave me the costs of all the recommended dental work and requested payment while I was seated in the chair. I payed and waited for my cleaning and prophylaxis treatment that I agreed to. The dentist came back after some time and started the prophylaxis treatment, I didn't receive the traditional teeth cleaning that I've received in the past. I walked out the door at 3:00pm. I was in this dental office for a total of 4 hours! Because of this lengthy and confusing experience I won't return or recommend this dentist.
