Dr. Suraj Arvind Vanmali, also known as Dr. V, wants to ensure that every patient he sees leaves healthier than when they arrived. Educating patients is very important to Dr. Vanmali and he wants to ensure that every patient is fully informed of what is happening regarding their oral health.
Dr. Vanmali was born in Panama City, Panama. He has lived in Georgia for 20+ years and attended The University of Georgia, where he received his B.S. degree in Microbiology. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine from The Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. V has spent a fair amount of time working in his early days with his hands doing various tasks helping with his parent’s family hotel business and model building. In his spare time he enjoys watching tennis, football, and the occasional nature hike.

I highly recommend Dr. Vanmali! The office staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I also liked the large monitor that displays the X-rays and the tv monitor on the ceiling!

While there was a bit of confusion about my appointment, once I actually got seen, it was seamless. Ashley was amazing and I cannot thank her enough for making me comfortable and going through everything with me, step by step. Each professional explained in detail what they were doing, what they were speaking to each other about, and what was going on with my dental health or the lack thereof. I’ll continue to use this facility.

My only gripe was that I thought my insurance was verified before going in. I called an hour prior to make sure this happened and when I went in I had to wait on the receptionist to verify my info again.This took over 30 min and I didn’t get to go back for a cleaning. I wasn’t really there for this, I really just needed a consultation so this was fine with me. Once I met with the dentist, he was great and I am going in again next week to get everything else sorted out. 4/5 stars overall. I am only docking 1 star because of the insurance thing. The staff is super nice and welcoming so it wasn’t a big deal because it wasn’t their fault.

I booked an appt for a cleaning however they did more of an consultation. I took X-rays, doctor reviewed and told me what he recommended, the hygienist told me what type of cleaning was needed. They went over my cost. No cleaning done

I triple checked that I would be covered with my insurance before walking in. They did a check up and then found some plaque and a cavity. My cleaning was not covered even though this should be preventative care and covered. I was not in a good mental headspace to argue, but this defeats the whole reason and ease of mine from having insurance. So if they can't cover my cleaning, there's no way my cavity will be helped in this situation. This is all so ridiculous.

They got me in two days after I scheduled my appointment. Parking is on the backside of the building. Kind of tight, but not a big deal. I was seen right away. Staff was great. They even told me a better dental insurance to go with. I pay out-of-pocket for my dental insurance and DentaQuest is not the best dental insurance provider because they do not pay out very much. They told me to go with Delta Dental. They also accept CareCredit! That was how I paid for the three fillings I got today. They even find your favorite type of music on the TV in your room and play it low all throughout your visit. Bob Marley helped me get through the experience. I generally do NOT like going to the dentist, and I found the music to be very soothing. Overall A+ experience.
