Dr. Chen received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2004, she was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Academy of Operative Dentistry as well as being recognized by the International College of Dentists with honors. Dr. Chen is dedicated to Continuing Education and she will continue to bring new information, techniques, and technologies to Pine Lake Family Dentistry to ensure that you receive the best and most comprehensive care. Dr. Susan Chen is committed to providing you and your family with dental care of the highest quality. She is passionate about promoting oral health and beautiful, confident smiles. Dr. Chen practices with integrity, compassion, and kindness while also providing you and your family with a comfortable and relaxing environment. Dr. Chen was born in Taipei, Taiwan and still has many family members living there. Her childhood was spent in the Bay Area in California, and in 1992 she moved to the Sammamish Plateau. After graduate school in 2004, Dr. Chen and her husband, Kyle, returned to the plateau and they enjoy living in the Issaquah Highlands neighborhood. They welcomed a son in 2008. Dr. Chen enjoys the outdoors, photography, traveling, and spending time with her family.
