My passion for dentistry started at Amherst College where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree and majored in premedical sciences and French. While at Amherst, I had the opportunity to participate in several medical internship programs. During one of my internships I worked with a dentist who taught me about the importance of oral health and how transforming a smile could transform a patients life. The experience inspired me to apply to Dental school and four years later I earned the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD) and then completed residency requirements at Jacobi Medical Center.
I have over six years’ professional experience working in New York and Connecticut, I am a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and Connecticut State Dental Association. I am Invisalign certified and I recently completed a course on Full Mouth Reconstruction at NYUCD. I continue to learn and stay current with the latest dental procedures and technology to provide the best care for my patients.
I was born and raised in Jamaica W.I. and Florida. After living in Larchmont, New York for several years, my husband and I moved to Norwalk two years ago where we enjoy spending time with our two-year old son, Daniel. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, embroidery, new foods and learning about different cultures.
