the doctor just moved into a new office and her staff was not aware that the doors were locked. but she was also forgiving of the fact i had a snafu getting to the office. she was a little too business like for my liking but it is a business so there you go

The receptionist and the assistant were extremely pleasant and helpful, but the dentist was quite unprofessional and impolite. We arrived at 10 a.m. and our first appointment was scheduled for that time exactly. We were informed that the dentist would be 45 minutes late, but the assistant took our x-rays while we waited. When the dentist arrived, she cleaned our daughter's teeth first and my husband's after. The last appointment we scheduled was for 11:30 a.m., however by 12:00p.m. we decided to reschedule the last appointment. The dentist insisted that she had tried to contact us via email and phone, but we received no such email. In addition, we should not have had to respond in order to make sure our appointment was confirmed. The dentist kept insisting she was not at fault, but we simply did not want to wait any longer and just wanted to come back another day. The dentist rushed through the two out of the three teeth cleanings and did not apologize for being late. Overall, the assistants were the only people who made this experience bareable, but the dentist clearly did not understand how the system worked and did not make any attempt to apologize for the misunderstanding.
