The wait time was actually less than 30 minute, but I always make it a point to arrive early. The staff is outstanding and extremely courteous when dealing with the patients. I wish I had discovered Neibauer Dental years earlier. They are the best at what they do and Dr. Swapna is fantastic.

I switched last year to Neibauer from my dentist of many years. Glad I did! A refreshing change. I enjoy the service I now get with no sales pitches of unnecessary crowns, root canals, etc. No lectures either for my choice of no fluoride.

My Dr and the staff are very pleasant. I wouldn't trade them. The staff has excellent bedside manner, are considerate, patient, and kindhearted. The front desk staff is friendly, always eager to help, and provides great customer service with a smile. The office as whole gets to know you as an individual and not a file or number. I am grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for my dental health.
