Great visit with Dr Sweta. I get super nervous at the dentist, and this time I needed six cavities filled. However, she kept me calm and her gentle manner made the visit a lot less scary for me. All the ladies at the front desk were friendly, as well. Overall, professional and kind people here!

I wish the main dentist was there. She knows how to run this office. I don’t know Jennifer but she should have been in the room with the number of times she was called into the office. I realize newbies have to start somewhere but me as a patient don’t ever want to know how inexperienced they are. I want confidence going into any procedure small or big. Overall I was unhappy with my experience

It was a really good visit. She listened to my concerns about my dental health, but also my finances. She helped me set up a reasonable timeline to get the work done that needs to be done, but to be able to do it in a way that fits my budget. Very pleased with my choice to try this dental office.

Several of the office assistants seemed new and still in training. I'm glad that the practice is growing, but new staff members should be trained to not ask questions or advice in the earshot of the patient. It undermines patient confidence.

Not impressed, went through a painful crown procedure that lasted longer than it should have, the communication between the office and myself was dissatisfying and my jaw now makes a sounds when I chew ever since I got the crown put in. Would NOT recommend. She is also not empathetic to any pain she causes you.

I will NEVER go here again. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early since I was a new patient. No one greeted me, told me to sign in, or in general communicated with me while i waited. Finally the front desk girl told me to gill out paperwork. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. Then i was told to come back, so i went back and got some xrays. Then i waited in my room for another 30 min before the tech asked me what i was there for. Then it was another 20 min before the Dr. Even came in to check my teeth. Once she checked them, the tech came in and quoted me an outrageous price for what i wanted to have done. So i declined the extras and agreed to a cleaning
Before ANYTHING WAS EVEN DONE the front desk hounded me for a payment.
After i paid i waited another 45 min!!!!
Finally after well over 2 hours, i went to the front and said i wanted a refund on my card because it was taking too long.
The Dr. Is nice, but the front desk staff wasnt friendly and it took way too long. Also, way too expensive.
Trust me, just. Dont.

Dr Sheth was very kind and concerned with giving me the best care. She made sure to check several times my comfortable and in no pain. Her staff was friendly and informational. They took the time to go over my treatment and insurance.

I tried Bliss Dental and the office was very nice and clean. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Sheth was very nice and did a great job on the cleanings and cavities and made sure that I was comfortable and as pain-free as I could be during the entire process. I would recommend her.

I had to wait an hour to be seen and another patient walked out because she had been waiting even longer than me. Dr. Sheth seemed nice and her assistant was friendly. The exam room looked clean. The girl at the front desk wasn't very friendly or attentive and didn't let anyone know that they were going to be waiting a while. I almost walked out myself. This was my first visit at this office and I had a cleaning done. Not the best cleaning I've ever gotten. I felt the assistant skip a few teeth and she did not floss half of my bottom teeth but that's no big deal for me. I just hope that I don't have to wait as long next time.

I went in for a yearly check up/teeth cleaning and they told me I needed a "special" cleaning and that was not covered by my insurance. They also did find a cavity and told me that I needed to take care of immediately as It was gonna start bothering me soon. I told the Dr that even though I have insurance I have a regular Dr in Mexico and that I was gonna visit my family and was planning to take care of that then as its WAY cheaper than here (even with insurance) and that I did not have the money to take care of that anyway. Well i was basically bullied and pressured into getting the cavity and the deep cleaning done, as she said the cavity was gonna get worse really soon. Well I ended up putting it on a Credit card and REGRET IT, my tooth where the cavity was NOW does bother me, and the cleaning was nothing special. I believe she just wanted my money and claim for insurance. DID NOT FEEL LIKE THEY CARED ABOUT ME AT ALL...

The dentist and the staff were amazingly friendly and gave great service. The only complaint was the length of time spent waiting. I was taken back to a treatment room quickly, but then I waited for around 15 minutes for x-rays, I was switched rooms, waited 15 minutes for the exam, waited 15-30 minutes and was switched rooms again before my cleaning. It took a total of 90 minutes for a routine appointment. I'm hoping I caught them on an off day and next time I go it will be more efficient. Love that they have evening and weekend hours!

Dr. Sheth was very professional and knowledgable. I do wish there would have been more instruction from the staff who took my x-rays. She shoved things in my mouth and didn't tell me to bite down or anything and the process seemed very clumsy. Other than that, Everyone was very friendly and efficient!

I wasn't completely satisfied with her service, she has too many patient at the same time, she was in hurry to serve another patient seems like. She was doing deep clean of my lower jaw, which she completed so quickly and left some uncleaned. She said she will clean them up when I'll visit in 6 month for regular clean up, to me which didn't make sense. Yeah, I didn't go to the dentist for 2 years but I didn't have major cavity or any other issue, just needed deep cleanup. Shouldn't she take her time and do that properly.

Very clean office with modern equipment. Felt very comfortable right away. The dentist is very nice and easy to talk with. She explained what I needed done and did a good job in cleaning my teeth. Her two office assistant were also very nice and professional. I have already recommended Dr. Sheth to my niece.

The doctors bedside manner was wonderful, i really enjoyed her. The front desk people and the person who kept calling to confirm my appointment was EXTREMELY unprofessional. They called to tell me i missed my appointment two weeks before my appointment happened, when i explained that it hasn't happened yet they asked me if i wanted to come in that day…. no… or i would have scheduled it then. They were talking loud while i was in the waiting room complaining about something which i tried to ignore, thats not ok.

My experience with my 4 year old with Dentist Sweta Sheth was the best I have ever experienced, she made my daughter feel very comfortable. And the process did not take long. The entire staff was super friendly. I will continue to always use her for my children as well as myself. 2 thumbs up. Highly recommended! :-)
