Great dentist and professional with children to adults, wonderful location. Dental office and EHR are having sync issues with schedules to calendar. Last appointment confirmation records completed didn't get to my appointment time. Too much personal information seen by too many in office, reason why we want electronic health records and confidence. Clinic screens are left open and unlock with calendar names easily identifiable. Staff needs to mature on access, and dental office needs to train better for doctors protection (fines OCR), and patient confidence will be better. Insurance disruption this year, where 100% plan is hitting small charges for plan year actions during visit.

Everyone, including the receptionists and the technicians, were all very nice and helpful with walking me through the procedures and payment options in regards to what I needed. They even offered me a blanket and reassured and joked with me to make me feel at ease when I confessed to being nervous. I will always miss my pediatric dentist but I think I've found my new permanent home for me and my healthier teeth!

They were more set on maximizing the roi of my health care than actually just giving me my desired teeth cleaning. Told me I'd need to come back numerous times but I left after all of such without even a clean month - rinse or anything but future bills and plan to clean and preform non-needed or requested cosmetic work. The actual staff was fine but there was just this whole push to get my insurance and then some by others.
