Dr. Nickleberry saw my three year old son for his very first dentist visit today. She was upbeat, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable (we had some concerns about fluoride). Her nurse, Phaedra, had great energy and was always smiling. The office was super clean. There was zero wait time. We were being called back before I could even finish the paperwork. Dr. Nickleberry will be our dentist for life. She made a usually unpleasant experience, very pleasant. My son had a great first experience with the dentist.

We are now able to make clear connections between healthy teeth and healthy living, and she's yet to meet a patient that does not want either of those. Dr. Nickleberry is passionate about educating her patients. Her desire is to teach her patients as much about their oral health as she knows. The staff is very courteous and professional. They explained in detail all the procedures you would need, after taking a round of xrays. The Doctor I met with was very professional yet warm and caring. She was able to make me understand how denistry has advanced and I left feeling comfortable with thier recommendations. The only concern was I'm not sure they knew I had an appointment thru ZocDoc, but I showed them my copy of the appointment and they proceeded to take care of me.

I did not receive treatment on the first visit. I did receive a treatment plan after X-rays and source of payments. The office appeared to be very clean and the staff observed sanitary guide lines.

Had a great visit w/ Dr. Nickleberry today. My appointment was at 3:45 and I was in the chair by 4 and out the door again by 4:45, which was great. Her office is in a not-so-great area but my experience was good. Happy I was able to find a good dentist after my move to Houston!
