I went in for a general check up and ended up getting a cleaning the very same day! Unexpected but nice!!
I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to my sever anxiety with it. But both Dr. Sangha and her assistant Samira were super understanding and helped keep me calm during the whole procedure.
Samira was awesome! She made me laugh when I was scared and she was really easy to talk to. They both explained everything to me very well so I had an understanding of what was going on. During my cleaning, I had a tooth that was pretty sensitive and Dr. Sangha offered to stop and numb me to make me more comfortable. I declined due to the fact that I just wanted to get it over with. Lol but the fact that she stopped and offered meant a lot to me.
My fiance came here before me and needed a root canal. So they referred him to UW and for over a week we tried to just make an appt with UW and had no luck. Valley sent the referrals but UW said they hadn't received them and then kept giving us the run around which was very frustrating.
So because of that, the dental assistant that saw him (I wish I could remember her name. Small, very pretty with dark and light ombre hair) she was so sweet. She immediately took action and called around to other orthodontists that accepted our insurance and found one and even made the appt for him for the very next morning!
Not only that, but she called us the next afternoon to check on him and see how he was doing!
The staff here go way above and beyond. I've never had such amazing care! They are all so kind, caring, professional and on top of things. The office is very nice and clean. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They're excellent! I'm really glad we found them! ??

The dentist and hygienist were nice and friendly. I would probably go there more in the future if I lived closer. I'm grateful that they referred to to an oral surgeon that took my insurance.

I have been extremely afraid of going to the dentist since I was a small child when I was victimized by a Tacoma dentist (who by the way is still in practice). Due to the trauma caused by him, it is really hard for me to trust dentists and dental assistants. Dr Nikki, Ari, and the rest of the staff are gentle, understanding, and thorough. Everyone makes sure you are ok when they are working on you and they engage with you. The office is very clean and staff members wear their masks correctly. The office is in Renton which is a hassle for me since I live in Tacoma, but I deal with it because I get quality care from Dr. Nikki and her team.

I entered and noticed how clean the waiting room was. I was greeted promptly by Ari. I had to fill out paperwork before my first appointment. The team did a great job with COVID precautions and making me feel welcome. I wore my jacket and purse the entire time because I wasn't sure where I could place them. I didn't see a bench or coat hanger near the station I was at. The X-rays took longer than previous experiences, but overall Ari and Dr. Sangha did a great job with my cleaning. I have had sensitivity in my gums for a few years and she was the first to recommend a seal to help minimize the pain (caused by rough toothbrush and excessive brushing in one spot). After the seal was put on, I have noticed a huge difference when drinking cold drinks. I will definitely be back!

The whole team was a delight! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was a little embarrassed and nervous that the staff would comment about it, but everyone was so sweet made feel so comfortable. Dr. Sangha was wonderful and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and helped me prioritize dental work so I knew what was urgent and what could hold off for a little while. Nadia was so welcoming and gentle with my care and Ari at the desk was both funny and helped explain insurance information to me. I felt super well informed and cared for! I would highly recommend their team!
