Dr. Thi Thi Phan grew up in San Diego and has lived in San Marcos for almost 10 years. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2000 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Following dental school, she served her country for three years as a military dentist in the United States Navy. During that time, she received a year of postgraduate experience in advanced general dentistry with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
