Tom was very nice & positive. I have very high dentist anxiety and he made me feel very relaxed and in good hands. The support staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The transparency of future dental work cost was very appreciated. i have had issues with estimates being very wrong and having to pay a lot after the fact. The New Era staff was very upfront and honest how much thing might be if not right on the estimate.

I saw the new dr. and he was fantastic! The only problem I had was in getting the appointment first of all and then having the appointment for what I scheduled it for be handled appropriately by the clerical staff. Apparently I was scheduled by the staff for a review of the tooth in question, not the filling fix I had written in the ZocDoc appointment explanation. It did take longer then because I "had to be worked in",....even though I had scheduled it for the filling replacement which was identified in my Dec. checkup.

Dr Niemi was fantastic, and his staff was wonderful. The office is nice, clean and modern, the staff was very friendly, and Dr. Niemi was great at explaining options and tools. I would recommend anyone in need of a dentist to come to Dr. Niemi.

Very good. Melissa is excellent at taking ex-rays. I have "little bones" in my mouth and Melissa could take x-rays without hurting me. Yeah!!
