I am a hard client to have at times because I expect great service. I was initially informed that they were running 30 minutes behind - which I understand seeing as how it was a Friday afternoon. I became annoyed and impatient as it came to be 55 minutes after my appointment. The front desk did apologize but I was growing impatient. I was finally seen (75 minutes after my appointment time). Although I was not in a pleasant mood, the staff was still very friendly. Each member I encountered apologized for my wait. When Dr. Young came in, he was gentle, open, and honest. He was mindful in my choices of dental treatment (implant v. bridge) and the financial differences. He did not lecture me on my hygiene habits but just let me know his priority was to take care of my pain. The front desk provided me with an apology note (today was the day of emergencies for their office) and a gift card to accompany it. I started out as an angry new patient and happily left - with a preferred dentist.

Dr. Young and his staff were great! They were able to fit me in same-day for an emergency appointment, even as a new client. I was able to fill out all the paperwork before I arrived, making it that much easier to walk right in and go to a room. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my office visit and explained all steps of the procedures clearly. It was a great visit!

Dr. Young grew up in Southern California. As he entered Cal State University of Northridge, he set a goal towards going to Dental School. While juggling full-time work and full-time school, he graduated from Cal State University Northridge with honors. He attended Dental school at Indiana-Purdue University. He was awarded a Huckleberry Scholarship for achieving clinical excellence. He has been a dental director at various community centers helping patients with difficult dental cases. Dr. Young has an extensive background in oral & restorative surgery. He decided to open his practice in Keller-Fort Worth to serve patient in the community with always patients' best interest in mind.
Keller Dentist, Dr. Thomas Young is recognized by his patients as “The Go To Doctor”. His patients come from all different areas of DFW because of his unique expertise in cosmetic and surgical procedures. Dr. Young has been practicing the most complicated restorative and oral surgeries. He also strives to educate patients in the importance of preventative care. He attends many continued education courses to keep up on the latest procedures, equipment and techniques. His office features low-radiation digital x-rays.
Dr. Young has been married for 21 years and has 4 children, Samantha, Stacey, Serena and Caleb. He attends Gateway church with his family. Dr. Young was very gentle and compassionate with outstanding chair side manner. It required quite a lot of anesthetics to numb my mouth in order to do dental treatment. Dr. Young was very informative and walked me through the procedure before any treatment took place to ease my discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Young!

I would recommend Dr. Young for anyone, he is a great doctor. My experience was the best I'd ever had, I was truly terrified of the thought of a tooth extraction and now I feel so comfortable visiting the dental clinic for treatment.

My neighbor told me good things about Dr. Young and his staff. Very high tech equipment he has. Office environment is relax, and clean. Office staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Young has good chairside manner and he does not rush during the procedure.

Dr. Young assisted my husband with great attention in making him feel as comfortable as possible and feel less pain during the procedure. We were also very happy and pleased when he telephoned us at home to check up on how his patient was doing.

He took his time , explained everything in detail. He went over the x rays and each tooth. Additionally he he took pictures of all my teeth and I was able to view it all on the TV screen that was in front of me. The pictures give you a good look at what inside your mouth really looks like.He also showed me a video of the procedure that I need to completely understand why and how it works! And all the office ladies I met were super nice and friendly!

Polite receptionist. Xray tech was happy to put on cartoons for my 2 yrs old that I had brought in because I thought he had knocked his teeth loose. Dr Young came in to see him & then asked him if we could go ahead and get his teeth cleaned while we were there. He told me he would be right back, and came back with the tools to clean them himself. I made a comment that I was impressed that he's the Dr AND he cleans teeth, and he told me his hygenist wasn't in that day. I was very happy that instead of sending me away to re-schedule another day, he went ahead and did it himself without even telling me. I would go back! My son liked him and sat motionless while he did his work. Happy mom, happy kid...

Dr. Young truly want to help. I got in with short notice because I had a broken tooth over the Memorial day. He did a root canal on me and I was out of pain the same night. His office hours are awesome, his staff are very helpful and friendly. All high-tech equipment in house.
