It was great. The staff was excellent. Everyone is very knowledgeable and experienced. I was greeted with smiles and genuine kindness. They are very concerned about there patients. Dr. Tiffany is a professional specialist. You can't go wrong with her and the staff. I tell people about this great place all the time.

It was a much better experience than with previous dental offices in the area. They seem to be very concern about your comfort level. I never went back to the other offices for followup visits due to the pain and sometimes rough handling. I have been back multiple times and will come back when required. I doubt that Dentistry will be pain free, but they make it as painfree as possible, which is very bearable for me ( I'm a pansy when it comes to pain).

Appointment took too long, understand they were trying to give a comprehensive exam, but I didn't want all the bells and whistles. The marketing was way too aggressive with scheduling an appt before you walk out the door and overwhelming pricing of everything that you need fixed. Over a year after having my exam and cleaning, no dental problems and they made it sound like I had three teeth that were in critical condition. To be honest, I felt like they used high pressure techniques of a used car salesman. I want a dental professional, not someone trying to pay off the fancy office on my dental work. Back off on the mailings!!!
