I always come here. Everyone is always friendly, there is barely a wait if any, and everyone who works there is very knowledgeable and great at what they do. This is the only dentist I can go to now.

Everyone I encountered at "Cascada Dental Spa" was very friendly. The hygienist and dental assistant were gentle and thorough with my xrays, scans, and cleaning. I didn't see the dentist I selected on Zocdoc, but the dentist I did see just had a brief chat with me at the end and was also friendly. I'd definitely come back here.

Great first visit! At first I was caught off guard by their advanced technology but they quickly made me feel comfortable. Jose was my “engineer” as he introduced himself with a big smile. He walked me through the entire process of the exam and even gave me a flossing tutorial. Super helpful and patient with great energy. Looking forward to coming back in 6 months. ????

The office is very pretty. The staff was very nice and accommodating, there were moments that I went through discomfort for their 3D imaging of my teeth and gums. The tech was a little bit rough to touch. The hygienist did a great job and I really enjoyed her work. Through the smallest bit of crowding I was recommended braces for the first time in my life… overall good experience.

The concierge was there at nine, however a line had formed for people who were checking in. I was second in line to a guy and there was some people sitting in the chairs, as the guy gave his name to state he was here for his appointment this lady decides she will cut in front of me in line and started to give her info. I expressed my concern as in why she thought it was okay she said she was here earlier. The concierge took her info and took me after. Not okay.

I had a really good experience here! The staff in person were so incredibly friendly, patient, kind, and helpful. I can't remember the doctor I saw unfortunately, but I will never forget her kindness. I booked my appointment very last second and was approved after filling. out all their required forms online. When I called in with a question, however, the receptionist was very unkind and impatient on the phone. Once I arrived at the office, however, everyone was incredibly lovely and informative!

Had to go to this location because I broke my back tooth and my usual dentist is not opened on weekends. Concerned about infection and the pain I was experiencing, I booked an appointment with whomever could see me asap. I made the right choice! The dentist I saw was different from pictured. Regardless, she was very nice and explained everything she was going to do. She looked at my teeth X-ray with me and explained what I was seeing. Dentist I’ve seen in the past don’t do that so that was a huge plus. I enjoyed my experience.

I have a great experience getting a cleaning and a filling. The X-Rays and filling was great, for the cleaning would have liked to have the glasses on since got an eye infection other than that it was really good. Just make sure they give you glasses before getting a clean.

Dr. Tiffany is the BEST! She's nice, knows her stuff, and has a gentle touch which is super important to me. She makes you feel super comfortable in her chair. I did my Invisalign Treatment, fillings, and even had a cleaning done by her because the staff was a bit short. I highly recommend her!

The X-rays were annoying but other than that, they were good. If you go for a cleaning, it’ll be done by a dental hygenist, not the DDS you’re scheduling for. The DDS then gives a consultation on your xrays and possible followup stuff.

First time coming here. Was easy to sign up via ZocDoc. They confirmed via text, although it was 1 hour later than I had scheduled in the app and they didn't have availability for the time I actually wanted.
They send over forms to be filled out online so you could presumably skip filling out paperwork when I arrived. I filled them out completely and returned them. After that, they hounded me for a copy of my dental insurance card to verify. Which I had never experienced before.
When I showed up they made me fill out the same paperwork I had already completed online and scanned my photo ID and dental insurance card. So it seems the previous attempts were not worth the effort to skip these steps.
The cleaning went well, seemed moderately thorough, but faster compared to other cleanings from other practices that I have visited before. Then they came in hard pushing the Invisalign System. I'll have to do more research myself on it and how it can help me, but the fact that they came in so hard and fast seems like the routine cleaning is a loss leader for their other services. That always raises a red flag.
Overall a decent experience, but I am unsure how I feel about making this practice my primary dental care provider in the future.

I am waiting to hear back from her office to see what the next step is. I will update my response but so far, so good. beautiful office and friendly staff!

The assistants and actual dentist were all very pleasant. They took my concerns seriously, followed up with questions, and provided information for me to take preventative measures. The facility is very clean with state of the art technology. I so loved it here! I'll definitely recommend this place. I didn't wait longer than 1 minute to be seen. I only stayed longer than expected because I was having such great conversations with all of them after my exam. ??
