Everyone was very nice and informative. Kept me in the know about what everything they were doing meant and why it mattered. They did everything in a timely manner and made me feel well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service. I was there for my kid with his first dental appointment. He was made comfortable and was completely at ease. I will definitely recommend
My visit to Dental Care Basking Ridge was the best dental experience I've ever had for three reasons: 1. Customer service was excellent - very friendly and accommodating! 2. Quality of treatment was outstanding. The very latest in technology to make the patient experience the best it could be. 3. Value. First time I've ever had a health provider take the time to review with me in simple language how my insurance would cover X and I would be responsible for Y IF I chose to go forward with the recommended treatments. There was no pressure and it was an easy decision for me because they clearly showed me why they recommended what they did and their charges were very reasonable.
I had a great experience. The receptionists were friendly and were very accommodating even though I was a few moments late, I did call in advance to warn them of this. They took a few x-rays of my mouth and did a great job at cleaning. It was quick and relatively painless. The only gripe I had was when they were taking x-rays they seemed to have some difficulty with capturing the correct images and had to repeat them a few times.
