He is extremely patient and thorough. My son is not the easiest patient and gets confused on what to do with his tongue and mouth which can tend to make things a bit difficult. Dr. Milne never got frustrated and was very encouraging and nice to my son. I highly recommend him to mother's that need an understanding and patient dentist.

Dr Milne was great with my 2 yr old son who was a little apprehensive of having someone look at his teeth. I really appreciated that Dr Milne respected my preference (as the parent) on treatment options for my son, as opposed to pressuring me into the way his practice does it.

Dr. Todd Milne graduated in 1988 from the University of Utah with a B.A. in Medical Biology. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1991. In dental school, he received several awards included being inducted into OKU National Dental Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society. He practiced general dentistry for twelve years prior to returning to school in 2003. Upon completing his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, he opened Children’s Dental Center at 2085 Village Center Circle in Summerlin. During his specialty training, Dr. Milne served as Chief Resident and was an associate professor in the residency program prior to opening his private practice.
Dr. Milne is a board certified pediatric dentist. He is a Diplomat of The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of The American Dental Association and Nevada Dental Association.
Dr. Milne and his wife Kim have been married for 30 years and have four children: two sons, two daughters, and three granddaughters. He enjoys skiing, tennis and spending time with his family.

I went through several "family" and children's dentists before asking my dentist for a recommendation and finally finding Dr. Milne. My oldest had some trauma from a previous underqualified dentist and Dr. Milne's great bedside manner and superb skill made everything okay again. Also his staff is friendly and professional. We have never had a wait in the 9 years I have used him. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Milne has always been a great Dentist. My kids have been going to him for two years now. He is always really respectful and takes the time to explain what's going on. I always feel comfortable when my kids are under his care. The front office staff are very nice women. However, a few of the Dental Assistants have attitudes everytime I see them. I would highly recommend this Dentist but could live without the attitude from the girls.

Very efficient office. Patients are set up by the staff for the doctor to work on. But expect that if your child takes more than several seconds to follow their directions, you will be sent to a surgical center to have fillings done under GENERAL (that means intubation) anesthesia.

We love Dr Milne and his staff! My 4 year old son ASKS to go to the dentist! The assistants make my kids feel super comfortable and happy. They're friendly and helpful and professional. Today was my 2 year olds first visit. She is very stubborn and scared of people. I was nervous she would freak out. The staff made her immediately comfortable. When she freaked out about an x-ray (she chipped her front tooth) the doctor didn't force it on her. They didn't force anything and were very quick and patient as my daughter cried during her fast yet efficient cleaning. My son absolutely loves it there, and my daughter ended up being fine although she's super cautious and scared of every little thing. Even food lol. I would recommend them to everyone

My 12 year old has been a patient here for about 7 years. We live in Henderson but drive 45 min each way twice a year to see Dr. Milne. It is a clean, cheerful office with friendly staff. Dr. Milne has a very calm demeanor and does great with the children. Highly recommended.
