Dr. Tomas Marrecau earned his degree in Dentistry at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Marrecau practiced general dentistry for two years in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was then accepted to the University of Pennsylvania for his two-year postgraduate training in orthodontics and had the opportunity to practice with several outstanding orthodontists in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2009 Dr. Marrecau moved to Florida and continued practicing Orthodontics, later joining Main Street Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics at the Wellington practice and now in Jupiter.
Dr. Marrecau has extensive training and experience treating patients as young as age seven. He actively participated in Smile Squad, teaching the importance of oral health at local elementary schools.
Born in Bruges, Belgium, he grew up in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Rome, Georgia. He now resides in Jupiter, Florida and enjoys the beach and coastal scenery . In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, golf, traveling and spending time with his family.
