Dr. Travis Haws was born and raised in Colorado. He graduated from Cherry Creek High School where he enjoyed playing tennis and lacrosse. He went on to get his bachelor degree at the University of Utah in Psychology. He graduated, with honors, in 1998 from Creighton University School of Dental Medicine where he was the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships. Immediately following graduation, he received a year of extensive oral surgery training as, an orals surgery resident, at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He then returned to his native home of Colorado to begin his dental Career. In addition to practicing the scope of dentistry, Dr. Haws spent seven years as a technical advisor for a dental implant and bone graft manufacturer. He obtained extensive experiences as he studied and trained doctors about dental implants. Dr. Haws keeps up with and provides the latest treatment advancements in dentistry by steadily attending continuing education programs. He is an active member of the ADA, CDA, and MDDS.
Beyond his professional life, Dr. Haws is married with six (yes 6) children (the later three being triplets) and spends his spare time keeping up with all the kid’s events as well as hitting the slopes, coaching, waterskiing, the occasional gym workout, and a rare nap.
