My teeth are a horror story, but each time something happens, the staff are very patient and kind; the doctor proficient and efficient.

Great friendly folks and care. I only see them every 6 months and there is usually a new face. I think it would be good to introduce oneself and not assume we know each other.

The medical treatment are excellent, the billing department is suspect. I have been getting statements for past due amounts and I always pay in full. They do not know why I am getting billed. It was a discount they gave me at the time of treatment.

Dr. MADDEN put me at ease. I asked him to he gentle and he was. He bed side manner is the best. His staff is also awesome Kelly is my favorite always talking to me always intersted in what i have to say. Front office greets me the second i walk in the door. Never will I go anywhere else.

I felt I received excellent care. The technicians were very helpful and worked so well with Dr Madden. Dr Madden was very personable and showed real concern about my treatment. The work done was perfect.

Everyone in the office and the entire dental staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Madden explain all my procedures before hand and answered all my questions with concern. His attitude was cheerful and put me right at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Madden for any of your dental needs!
