Let's face it... it's no fun seeing a dentist! Dr. Charles however puts you at ease with her kind, caring and soft-spoken personality along with her pleasant staff. Dr. Charles takes the time to listen as well as explain procedures thoroughly. Most importantly, she will accommodate you when an unexpected dental problem comes up! Since seeing Dr. Charles for over a decade, I am grateful for her skilled experience and positive persona. I would highly recommend Dr. Charles to my friends and colleagues.

Had to have 2 old/worn fillings replaced in no. 6 and 7 teeth. Had difficulty with no. 6 and Dr. Charles did an excellent job making it as painless as possible including advice for my next fillings. Love the entire staff. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere in what for most people is a very scary time! I have already recommended Dr. Charles to several members of my family and friends. They love her too.

Dr. Charles has been practicing dentistry since 1992. She graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed her General Practice residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital. She went on to act as director for a school based health program working with underprivileged students who had no access to dental care. She established her private practice in 2000.
Dr. Charles is continuously learning new and innovative aspects of dentistry through her professional affiliations. She is a member of the Fairfield County Dental Club, the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Charles is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and performs community service through this organization. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis.

Dr. Charles is a very patient doctor and she lets you know what she is going to do before she does it. She is very thorough and will sit down and let you know just what you need. I have ben going to her for over ten years and she is the best dentist I ever went too.

I had an old filling replaced today. I had not had a filling since I was a kid. I was actually nervous about it. It was easy and painless. Dr. Charles was super comforting and kind and she was definitely gentle on my mouth. I was eating within an hour after the visit and I have no pain this afternoon. She is an awesome dentist, and her assistant is awesome too!
