It was an incredible long wait and didn't get seen for what I went for.

The staff were unprofessional. Some hung out on their cell phones behind the desk. While I was n the office for 2 hours. The staff constantly walked passed me as I sat n the patient chair waiting for my services to be rendered. Laughing, eating, yawning, I felt like no one cared about my visit. While dentist performed my cleaning. The assistant was super unprofessional!! I questioned her credintials.

Dr. Nguyen did not bother to introduce herself. She spent about five or so minutes reviewing my x-rays before she dismissively walked away. The endodontist that performed my root canal was a bit more attentive.

Worst experience ever.
Icall the office and they asked my ID insurance and said, "we´ll contact you in 30min" (just to make sure you are covered or not)
I´ve wait 1:30hrs. So i called again and told me "we are going to give you a call no later than 5pm" (that was at 2pm)
They never called me. I was trying to find an urgent solution, and waist all my time.
