As the eldest of four children, it was only natural for Dr. Tykeisha Muhusin to pursue a career in the healthcare industry. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Premed-Biology from Loyola University Chicago and completed her DDS degree at UCSF School of Dentistry.
Dr. Muhusin’s primary goal is to serve the community by providing every patient with comprehensive, compassionate, and competent dental care. Dr. Muhusin hopes to inspire patients to become an active participant in the improvement of their oral health through education and instruction.
Dr. Muhusin is dedicated to continued education in the field of Dentistry. She is certified in the Invisalign orthodontic system and plans to attain certification in implant placement and restoration.
When Dr. Muhusin is not busy with her patients, she enjoys baking, scrapbooking and working out. She lives with her husband and daughter in San Francisco.

Dr. Muhusin is fantastic. I went to her after avoiding a dentist visit for a couple of years. She is very warm and nice to talk to. In the first visit, I got a nice deep cleansing of my teeth and X-rays. She was very kind to accommodate me in her busy schedule and I highly recommend her!

Admirably, Dr. Muhusin made my appointment for the completion work of my 6 new front teeth during her vacation so that I can be with my new teeth rather than with the temporary teeth previously installed. She also had the lab (owner and his son) where my new crowns were being made come to her office to take a multi-dimensional video of my teeth and gums to make sut=re that the new crowns will not only function well but will also look fabulous!
Dr. Mususin always does a great job, has lots of patience and is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend her for your dental needs.
