Great experience, aside from a fairly long-ish wait (but I expect that at any office in NY so no big deal). The receptionist, hygienist, and doctor were all great, patient, and clearly communicated what to expect. Will go back again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment same day and so late in the evening as well (6pm). My first visit was great! I was made to feel comfortable and all the staff seemed friendly. I have a follow up appointment so this will be my new dentist. I also recommended my roommate that was looking for a new dentist.

He was my dentist for many years. I didn't see him today as he doesn't take my insurance but I highly recommend him and his staff. There is rately a wait longer that 5 to 10 minutes. He is easy to talk too, i got the dates mixed up and thought my appt is for tomorrow I may reschedule and pay out of pocket for teeth cleaning I liked them that much.

The Dr. Was not only very proffeasional, but had bedside manners as well which is a rarity nowadays. Her staff was proffeasional and courteous to interact with.
I was extremely pleased with both the doctor and her staff. I plan on making the doctor my primary denstist and referring her to my friends and family as well.

Dr Vasserman is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He gets the work done well and quickly. I get a lot of anxeity going to any dentist in general (and I do go a lot! Unfortunately I'm very cavity prone) and he makes the whole experience painless. While some people seemed to be unhappy with the Dr's bedside manner it is because he is efficient. He walks in, takes care of the problem and moves on. I don't see anyone complaining about wait time and the about the quality of the actual procedures. If you want to go to a dentist that listens to you chit chat than you can wait on our long lines as well.

I enjoyed my visit this these Dentist's office. His staff is very professional, and friendly. I was seen in about 20 minutes, only because I was a new patient. The office is very clean as well as instruments. I'd highly recommend being seen at this office. This will definitely be my permanent dentist for now on.

Very pleasant and friendly staff and clean facility. Dentist Vasserman took care of the problem right away and he explained necessary treatments needed in the future in simple terms. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. Toothache became an asap root canal, in and out in an hour with all the work that needed to be completed. For an anxiety ridden person like myself I definitely felt comfortable. I finally found a dentist!

Dentist Vasserman was gave excellent and honest advice. Our conversation was long, I didn't feel rushed at all. I was able to ask him all the questions I needed answered. He was polite, respectful, and very personable.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The dentist assistant was very kind. I was scared when I got there; she made me feel secured. The dentist made sure that I was not feeling any pain. I'm so pleased with them that I am going to stay with them and recommend my family and friends as well.

it was cool but when i was telling the doctor my issues he was acting like he wasn't to concern he really didn't show like he cared but if you're just going in to find out whats going on with your teeth and take it from there it's cool...

Dr. Vasserman was unprofessional and I would not return back to his office. While i was trying to understand the Doctors orders he was walking away without giving me a better understanding of his orders. While I was gathering my belongings he discussed my situation with the receptionist and walked into his office. I had to get my questions answered from the receptionist. The receptionist and other staff were ok though.
