Dr. Antanesian is an excellent dentist. He is very gentle, has a great bedside manner. He did a few root canals and implant for me. I would highly recommend him.

I took off a day of work to have an annual cleaning/exam and a checkup (at another doctor). When I arrived, he began with a full set of X-Rays. Only after that, the doctor informed me that he couldn't perform a cleaning because his suction equipment had broken. I asked him why he didn't mention that when I arrived or called me prior to my appointment. He said that they did call their prior patients, but didn't call me because I was a new patient and wanted to make sure to see me (even though he couldn't actually perform a cleaning).
Now, I have to take another day off work to see a dentist (not going to see Dr. Antanesian) and I have to worry about either paying for a 2nd set of xrays that my insurance won't cover or getting them mailed to my new dentist.
I consider the practice of not informing me that he couldn't perform the cleaning that I scheduled completely unprofessional, especially since he waited until after he could bill my insurance for the X-Ray images.
