The wait was 2+ hrs before we saw the dentist. She was quite rude. Bad bedside manner. The back staff was great though. The front desk and the x-ray techs and the dental hygienists were friendly. The person that gave the price estimate made it seem pretty pushy. I would not recommend this place based on our overall experience. They benefit from low income people with Medi-cal not having much options.

Kept us there forever when could have just seen us and explain why the tooth won't (not can't) be extracted by Western Dental.
