Dr. Alvarado and her assistant were very nice. The routine exam I had was quick and comfortable. I also appreciated the measures they have taken during COVID - patients wear masks at all times besides the actual exam, they check your temperature in the waiting room, and they make sure patients haven't had symptoms or a positive test for COVID before entering the exam rooms.

I have only seen Dr. Alvarado for a consultation so far but plan to return for treatment. I found Maria, with the office staff to be very kind and informative.

I went for a dental cleaning and invisalign consultation. I came out of the office with neither.
Firstly, I was told that the doctor Veronica Alvarado will not do the dental cleaning. It will be done by the "hygienist". Not sure why the appointment was scheduled for the doctor.
The hygienist said she recommended 'deep cleaning' for my teeth and thus will not perform regular cleaning.
Secondly, I was asked to have a dental x-ray taken even though Veronica Alvarado is not the orthodontist and the actual orthodontist was not available for my appointment. I came to know that the x-ray was a useless charge on my insurance after the x-rays were taken.
These pseudo healthcare providers need to build professional ethics to provide the service they get paid for.
Never going back to her and will not recommend her to anyone either.
