I had a great experience with Dr. Greene. My only complaint is her fees are expensive but ALL dentistry is generally :(
Other then that she's personable, efficient and even waited an extra hour for me when I was stuck on the train so I could have a crown replaced. She could've easily left and had me reschedule. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Greene received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. After graduating from NYU, she completed two years of postgraduate residency program. During her first year at Montefiore Medical Center, she worked on perfecting her skills in general dentistry. During her second year of residency at New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center, she received extensive training in implant restoration and cosmetic dentistry techniques. Since then, she has maintained her clinical excellence through comprehensive and thorough continuing education and training.
Dr. Greene prides herself on having very high standards, a trait which is consistently reflected in the quality and aesthetics of her work.
Our practice philosophy is that the main goal of dental treatment is achieving the highest level of dental health while meeting patients' aesthetic expectations.

The wait time is consistently long - typically 20-30 minutes. The big problem I have is that she filled 2 cavities in 7 minutes (!) and did cleanings in 5 minutes. I left each appointment feeling that I didn't get thorough fillings or cleanings, and I've had lingering issues because of it (e.g., plaque build up for the first time in my 30 year old life). She also gave me imprecise quotes - said I needed "6-8 fillings" which undermined my confidence in her diagnosis and increased my suspicion that she cares more about the reimbursement than the patient. Finally went to another dentist and was quoted less than half what Dr. Greene quoted me for out of pocket fillings.

The receptionist at this facility was dumb.. sorry to say but she was. She could not understand how to read my insurance card. She asked if it was PPO and it says so on my card. She went threw the whole process of calling to find out.
She was slow and rude to the patient checking out before me. Her tone was just wrong.
The Doctor was pretty okay, rough but hey guess that's what I get for not seeing a dentist in a few years. She did keep saying it okay and trying to calm me down. The Assistant was very sweet.

She was very nice and I felt comfortable with her right away, but she has a pretty heavy hand and I seemed to feel a lot more pain that I usually do. Also she did the entire cleaning in about 15 minutes and I don't think she was that thorough...she didn't floss or give me a mirror at the end to look and see if everything was alright and when I left I didn't have that really good clean feeling like I usually do after dentist visits, but my mouth was pretty raw and sensitive for awhile.

Dr. Greene is very professional. The office is very nice and she seems like she knows what she's doing. The only reason that I gave 3 stars for an overall rating instead of more was due to the fact that I really dislike the Cavitron ultrasonic cleaning method (I'd give 3.5 if I could). If you like it, then she's for you. If not, then I'd probably go somewhere else.

I was very much disappointment with the service offered. I used a deal from living social, the wait was an hour; however, I did not mind largely because I came in 7 minutes after the designated appointment time. However, aside from the x-rays, a few minutes were spent removing tartar, I was told to rinse my mouth and this marked the end of my appointment. I will never use this dentist, the cleaning was definitely not thorough.

Dr Greene was on time, professional and gracious. I'd highly recommend her and her services. Her office staff is pleasant and the office itself is very modern and clean.

They saw me right away, no wait time at all. Dr. Greene is very professional and competent. Also, both she and her staff are very upfront about what the treatment involves (time/cost). I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

I felt like I was the first patient she ever attended. Tenative and inadequate cleaning. And for goodness sake soap operas were playing on the TVS, even in the treatment room!
