Dr. Cemarka is great, very understanding and knowledgeably. His dental hygienist Kristina is also wonderful and so thorough and gentle. I found them on ZocDoc because I wanted to go to a dentist right away, but I stayed with them for the long run.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a number of years and Dr. Vidas made me feel very comfortable. It was quick and easy - he explained everything including my x-rays in language I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. My parents immigrated from Lithuania and settled in the SW side of Chicago. The field of Dentistry came into my life when a friend of mine became a Dental Laboratory Technician. I always loved hands on work so Dental Technology became a passion. After completing a one year program in Dental Technology I worked in small Dental Labs throughout the Chicago land area. After 18 years as a Dental Technician I decided to attend Illinois Benedictine College. There my passion shifted to Dentistry. Since I had a strong background in prosthetics, Dentistry was a perfect pathway. I attended Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago. After graduation I entered the US Navy and completed six years of active duty in the Dental Corps. Stationed in San Diego as a Lieutenant Commander, I was exposed to state of the art procedures. The training was superb! Plus I was able to travel half way around the world on the USS Constellation. September 1999 I left San Diego for my new home in the Northwest.
After settling in Seattle, I was fortunate to purchase my Dental practice from Dr. Peter P. Riley, who had been serving the Bellevue area since 1960. I found my final home! Outdoor activities are my other passion. Skiing, ski racing, windsurfing, tennis and hockey are the sports that I actively participate. I enjoy living and raising my family in a diverse environment that Bellevue provides.

I went to Dr. Cemarka because I was having tooth pain and have recently moved to Seattle. He was able to take me same day, was a super nice guy and walked me through every step of the process. I will certainly be returning to Dr. Cemarka's office if I have any more pain and for cleanings. Highly recommended!
