I have Medicaid and the previous DMD's I had seen treated me very unfairly. Just because of my Medicaid Ins.
Then I got to see Balakrishna.
And He treated me with much Respect. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions.

The Dr was very quick and professional. I brought both kids at same time, my daughters hygienist was great (the male Hygen.) but my sons was very aggressive she made his gums swollen and in pain ALL DAY LONG. My 14 yr old son gets cleaning every 6 mo since he was 5 this hS never happened to him! He couldn't eat all day just from a cleaning! My kids have never had cavities (11 & 14 years old) yet now they have 3 and 4 each!! I've heard of dentist doing extra work due to billing insurance. So I'm a little concerned how both my kids have multiple now just since thier last visit (at another dentist tho) from just 6-8 mo ago. Other than that I do recommend the Dentist, the office is huge with multiple chairs for cleaning.

Dr. Vilas received his DMD from Boston University where he graduated with High Honors and was given the American Academy of Osseointegration Award and American Association of Endodontics Award. Dr. Vilas is NERB and WREB qualified. He has also obtained his dental license in the state of Nevada.
Dr. Vilas has over 10 years of clinical experience. In 2006 he started his own dental practice, Aces Dentals. Through the years Dr. Vilas dental services have gained a remarkable reputation throughout the state of Nevada, especially in the Vegas Valley area.
Aside from his dental practice, Dr. Vilas continues to study and explore new advances in the field of dentistry. His dentistry equipment is the top of the line to ensure his patients receive the proper treatment they need and deserve.

I arived an hour before my appointment which was at 2 pm. I'm still waiting to be seen and it is 2:45. There is at least 25 people in a small condenses area. People who were late or showed up after me are being called back. I will never come back here again. I wasted my day waiting to be seen.

He was very nice. He took the time to hear my concerns and explain my options to me. I felt really comfortable in a situation which usually makes me very uncomfortable. I will return to him and I will even use him for my family.

Waited almost 2 hours to be seen, while people who came in after me, went before me. Waiting room is way to small! I got elbowed in the ribs by someone trying to control their kid! Really don't Luke this place.

The staff was very friendly and I got seen almost immediately. The consultation was quick and everything was explained to me in a very understandable manner. I was scheduled for my next appointment and I'm excited to have my work done by them.

I was very happy with my first visit to Dr. Balakrishna. He does not try to push anything not needed and explains why or why not a procedure would work. In my case we were discussing the bonding of my front tooth. The office staff were all very pleasant. It was a good experience overall and I would recommend them to family or friends.

Had a 10 o'clock appointment, but I arrived early due to me riding the bus; and once I filled my paper work out, I was seen right away.
Dr. Vilas Balakrishna, was very friendly, and accommodating. My insurance wasn't accepted, but I was charged only $150 to have a wisdom tooth pulled out. Staff was very friendly as well, although I'm still waiting on my x-rays via email; everything went smoothly. I'll be going to this dentist for future dental needs.

That was my first visit to the dentist in a couple years and I was pleasantly surprised on how relaxed everyone made me feel as I was so nervous. I got to see a very nice dentist Dr. Gupta. I will not be afraid about going back to see them in 6 months because the visit was just great!!! I would totally recommend this office!!
