Dr. Fazzino is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Class of 1983. After completing a Residency Program at Worchester City Hospital, he practiced general dentistry for two years. He graduated from the Orthodontic Residency Program at Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1988. Dr. Fazzino has been working in private practice for about 25 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Fazzino and his wife have three grown children and have lived in the area for many years. He is active in his community and enjoys many outdoor activities. Dr. Fazzino appreciates working with both children and adults.

Office staff is so warm and welcoming. Dr. Fazzino made my daughter and I comfortable with the questions we had. He didn't rush us through the process of braces. The Dental Assistace were great, patient and walked my daughter through the X-ray and molds for braces.
