All in all, this was the best experience I've ever had going to a dentist. I have four teeth that I need to get work done on in the near future and I will definitely be going back to Vivian's. Very professional, yet considerate and friendly staff! A+ experience!!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very professional and friendly. I really appreciate that I never have a wait time to see her or the dental hygienist. As a child I had some bad experiences with my dentist which gave me lots of anxiety. Dr. Nguyen has made me feel comfortable from the very first day. I happily recommended her to all my friends.

My family has been going to Vivian for over a year now and we love it. She and her staff are so helpful and welcoming. They make a not so great experience actually great! I would also recommend them to anyone that may have a fear or feelings of nervousness about the dentist. I was one of those people and they always make me feel more calm.

I love the atmosphere at Dr.Vivian's office!!! She's great! She's welcoming and I can tell she loves doing her job! There's also a sweet young lady who works there and her name is Brandy! She's awesome as well!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Vivian is an excellent dentist. She is caring and really listens to you and your concerns. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist my whole life, and she has changed my mind about going back to the dentist for my treatments. She is gentle when administering her shots, and I stayed numb through my whole procedure, which hasn't been the case with other dental practices. The atmosphere and the staff make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and everyone at Vivian's Family Denistry treat you like family. I would highly recommend for anyone who has ever had bad experiences or is terrified of dentists like I was to consider using Dr. Vivian, she and her staff are the best!!!!

We moved from a children's dentist in Murphy that was always full of kids to Mrs Nguyen's where the atmosphere is much more professional. Our waiting time has been cut in half and we feel that she is not in such a rush to finish.

She and her staff are very professional and friendly. They verified my insurance well before my appointment to expedite the sign in process. They were very concise with their explanation of everything from treatment to insurance coverage and my out of pocket expenses. They worked with me and my crazy schedule to set appointments for any procedures required. I left feeling very good about the whole experience from beginning to end.

Everyone is really nice and respectful. The dental hygienists are always polite while they efficiently work, and they always have a good movie on while your getting your teeth cleaned.
