Had a great consult and then same day root canal with Dr Detinich. He was thoughtful and gentle and made even root canal pretty painless! Will be keeping him as my new dentist.

Dr. Vlad Detinich graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey(UMDNJ). He continued his studies at UMDNJ to finish his residency.
Shortly after graduation, Dr. Detinich, was invited to join the North Brunswick dental practice. In 2003 the practice was renamed "Dr. D. Dental".
Dr. Detinich is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Middlesex County Dental Association.
"I know how the majority of people feel about dentistry and it makes me want to change their thinking about the profession. I feel that modern dentistry can be performed very comfortably and I am working very hard to change people's perceptions of the dental art."

They totally forgotten about my appointment. I was the first one of the day. Waited outside in the cold for 10 minutes. I called & talked to the answering service. 10 minutes later the answering service told me that they will open the office an hour later. He blamed it on the holiday and Zocdoc. I told him that I received confirmation and reminder from Zocdoc. He told me that it was done via the computer/online service, Thus not reliable.

The hygienist was calming and informative and Dr. D was amazing! They treated me like family! I felt so comfortable the whole time! I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone!

I had a problem with a tooth and was seen the next day. I didn't have to wait when I arrived at the office and they have this new online system so I could book online. Somehow I missed my 6 month cleaning and he was able to do that and take xrays to make sure all was well.
