Dr. Twerskoi studied dentistry in Germany, West Berlin, where he attained the German DDS. He did his residency at the Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem and practiced for over ten years in his own practice in Berlin. He wrote during this period a dissertation about decay prevention in children attaining hereby a PhD at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
In 2001 he attended the University of Colorado, Dental School, where he graduated and received the US – license. Dr. Twerskoi speaks fluent English, German, Russian, and to some degree Hebrew.
Dr.Twerskoi is placing implants since 1992 and has since placed several thousand implants. (Average general dentist is placing 25 implants per year).

Dr. Vlad is a expert doctor! even with any tiny detail that other dentist cannot understand why or how has answer always not only answer a solution as well !
My dad went to his clinic to do a filling, after he done he complaint pain sensitivity he told if i knew that i would never did it !
I took to Dr. Vlad !! he figure it out right away ...make small line on the top of the tooth where he had the filling and my dad felt comfortable immediately!!

I cracked a tooth this morning. 73 minutes after making the phone call Dr. T had me fixed up. That includes a 25 minute drive to the dental office. You really can't expect anything better than that.

He was very quick and Brash. He started my root canal before I was numb and pretty much told me I was going to feel pain so I had to deal with it. It was very uncomfortable and painful and they sprayed water all over me and kept dropping tools on my face. It took about 45 minutes to get back and get X-rays and about another 45 minutes before the doctor even came in. He worked on me for an hour and a half to tell me that he couldn't finish my root canal and I had to go somewhere else. They didn't seem to care very much about my comfort

I broke a lower back crown that I got 20 years ago on Saturday evening. It cause my tongue to get irritated and slightly swell. I called Vlad Twerskoi's office on Monday at 7:05. He and his staff had me in his chair at 9 AM and smoothed out the broken crown to give me relief. I got another appointment to get the crown fixed and went right back to work.
He has been my dentist for three implants and several cleanings. I keep coming back because he does great work and his office staff is friendly and concerned about my dental health.

The only suggestion would be to turn off the annoying TV in the waiting room and replace it with relaxing music.

I immediately felt taken care of when I came into the office. Every person I interacted with was very kind. Dr. Twerskoi listened to everything I had to say and fully addressed all my concerns. His office is a 30 minute drive from my house and it is worth it.

He cut me off when I was speaking and told me that my dental issues had nothing to do with my genetic condition that has dental ramification, but that I am too aggressive when I brush my teeth. I thought it was very rude that he would not even take into consideration that this might be a genetic issue, and instead shut me down when I tried to speak.

Great dentist! Really listens and understands what is happening with your dental health and always finds the most effective procedures (and cost effective!). Has a very gentle touch which makes usually painful things, pain free. And always free gas with any procedure!
