Dr. W. Michael Tuman has practiced general family dentistry for 32 years at the same location in West Mt. Airy. His philosophical approach emphasizes quality comprehensive dentistry. He focuses on stabilizing the patient's immediate concerns (pain, cosmetic fractures, and discolorations, etc.) and then educates the patient with their periodontal, endodontic, restorative, orthodontic, and cosmetic needs and desires. He has received certification and continuing education in Lumineers, Veneers, Invisalign, Kor Bleaching, implant restorations, crown and bridge, full and partial denture, and porcelain and gold restorations. He is completely committed to patient comfort, even allowing patients to listen to satellite radio through their headphones during procedures. Dr. Tuman is serving patients when most other offices are closed, offering hours from 6:30am until 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and limited Saturday hours.
Dr. Tuman has been married for 36 years and has two sons. Ryan is in his 3rd year of Dental School and Christopher works for the American Red Cross. In his spare time the doctor enjoys swimming, boating, fishing, gardening and skiing. He is an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
