Got mostly everything needed done onthe same day but it took too long due to getting moved around from room to room n badk to waiting area. Everything should be done in the same room if it's for treatment or cleaning. But doctors are great and the back office staff are all so friendly.

Be advised that if you are a new patient, then you can expect to wait for the paperwork portion, then wait for xrays, then wait for doctor, then wait for insurance option consultation. It took a long time for me to be done, but they were super busy with a lot of clients. The doctor himself was GREAT...!!!

Dentists was very thorough, knowledgeable and very personable. This is a very BUSY practice a lot going on...A lot of Noisy overhead paging and staff forgot to be professional and keep talking about personal matters in front of patients..Otherwise it is just an okay office...I think management has some work to do in order to retain quality patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Lim, he was very kind, welcoming, and professional. I was first afraid to come to the dentist but the staff made me feel very comfortable.
